Except, as much as I'd love to see the international community clean up Iraq, it ain't gonna happen. If anything, the international communtiy has even less will than we do when it comes to doing tough jobs. Do you really think Germany, France, or China are going to risk lives fixing something that they could spend years blaming us for? I agree with all three of your points.
